The narrow shape and strong gouge of J M Reinhardt “Elite” reeds provide a warm and refined tone and a reed that requires less effort on the part of the player to produce refined, and in-tune playing. Elite reeds may be especially suited to pit orchestra, recording sessions, and auditions, however many players will find their ease and refinement invaluable across all settings and genres.
Available in soft, medium, and hard reed strengths.
