This Forrest’s oboe gouging machine is in excellent condition and is in perfect, like-new working order with a freshly sharpened blade. It has many modern features, making it an extremely reliable, user-friendly machine:

The gouger is currently set to a center thickness of .60mm. This is a single radius machine which gouges to approximately 0.45mm on the side (not as thick as some other single radius machines.) It is an extremely easy-to-use machine that produces reeds that vibrate quickly and easily.
